a 71-year-old Cleveland baseball fan who beat his drum to support the club for close to 50 years, had passed away.

More than 3,500 games were attended by Adams, who played the drums to motivate the squad.

He went to three All-Star Games, eleven postseason games, three World Series, and Len Barker's perfect game, according to the Guardians.

Adams had to put up his bats during the last several seasons due to health issues that prevented him from going to games in person.
